    Roberto Mancini left Galatasaray to return to Inter Milan last season but the Italian manager still clearly retains some affection for the Istanbul-based side. Ahead of the pre-season friendly between the two teams on Sunday, Mancini passed a secret note to Gala's former Inter star Wesley Sneijder. There were no tactical instructions, simply four stars, symbolising the 20 league titles that Gala have won. In Turkish football, a star is awarded for every five titles.
